The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) invests in education, health, and research pathways that treat participants as partners, not passive recipients. Here is what your donation funds across five programs:

Education: Language Connect pairs 8,000+ learners with volunteer language partners in any language our volunteers speak. Mentors for Ukraine has delivered 7,805 mentoring sessions, connecting 2,000+ displaced professionals with 400+ experienced mentors. Skills Academy provides free training through DataCamp (10,000+ students), eCornell, and Splunk. The Women Buddy Program supports women in rebuilding professional and social networks.

Health Equity: Free patient advocacy tools that help people understand their medical rights and control their health data.

Research: Peer-reviewed studies with university partners, covering education outcomes, genomics, and cognitive accessibility.

Advocacy: Evidence-backed policy work advancing the rights of children, refugees, patients, and caregivers.

Corporate Impact: Free reporting tools that help companies measure and document the social return on their volunteer and donation programs.
