Many individuals with strong motivation and potential face barriers to employment due to gaps in digital, professional, or workplace skills. Without access to practical training and guidance, these barriers can limit long-term economic participation.
Through Skills Academy, participants take part in structured online workshops and skills sessions led by volunteer professionals. Learning focuses on practical, real-world skills that support employability, confidence, and career progression.
Donations to this project support programme coordination, safeguarding, learning materials, and volunteer support, ensuring participation remains free for learners.
Skills Academy is operated by The Educational Equality Institute as part of its education and workforce inclusion programmes.
