EDUCATIONAL EQUALITY INSTITUTE INC

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a nonprofit organization providing free education, mentoring, and skills training to people facing barriers to opportunity.

We work with women, girls, refugees, and displaced individuals to support access to language learning, career skills, and professional guidance that help people rebuild their lives and participate fully in education and work.

Our programmes focus on practical learning that supports long-term inclusion, including language mentoring, digital skills training, workforce preparation, and professional mentoring. Participation in our programmes is free for learners and supported by donations, volunteers, and partners.

Employees can support TEEI through donations or by volunteering their skills. We offer virtual mentoring and skills-based volunteering opportunities that allow professionals to share their expertise in areas such as language practice, career guidance, and digital skills.

The Educational Equality Institute is a registered nonprofit organization in the United States and Norway. The U.S. 501(c)(3) entity receives global donations through Benevity, while the Norwegian organization serves EEA partners. Both entities support the same mission and programmes.
