To COACH and MENTOR service women nationwide who are transitioning out of the military, ensuring the receive the following: • get connected to other women veterans in their community, • receive the veteran-focused resources they need, • find purpose-filled & meaningful post-military careers AND • assist homeless women veterans by providing hygiene products and groceries (homeless assistance is currently local to California).
Military Women's Collective (MWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping women veterans to transition successfully from military service to civilian life. Our organization was founded in 2021 by Marina Rabinek, a Navy Veteran who believes that the key to finding success post-military service lies in finding your purpose, career mentorship, and connecting with other women veterans.
