Our commitment to support encompasses mental health resources, mentorship opportunities, and community events that foster lasting relationships among women veterans.

Military Women's Collective (MWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping women veterans to transition successfully from military service to civilian life. Our organization was founded in 2021 by Marina Rabinek, a Navy Veteran who believes that the key to finding success post-military service lies in finding your purpose, career mentorship, and connecting with other women veterans.
