MILITARY WOMENS COLLECTIVE INC

Military Women's Collective (MWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping women veterans to transition successfully from military service to civilian life. Our organization was founded in 2021 by Marina Rabinek, a Navy Veteran who believes that the key to finding success post-military service lies in finding your purpose, career mentorship, and connecting with other women veterans.

MWC combats loneliness and the loss of camaraderie that women veterans experience when they leave the military by holding in-person and virtual events. We provide free resources to help women veterans transition into civilian life, including career mentorship and training, networking & outdoor therapeutic events, and mental health support. Our mission is to provide the tools and resources to help our women veterans thrive in their post-military lives.

We strive to empower our sisters in arms by creating a safe and supportive environment to grow, learn and build lasting relationships.
