At Military Women's Collective, our mission is to combat the epidemic of women veteran suicide by creating strong connections and supportive networks. Through adventures and engaging programs, we help women veterans cultivate resilience and confidence. By addressing loneliness and isolation, we ensure they reclaim their sense of purpose, tribe, and camaraderie, providing the resources and community needed to thrive in their post-military lives. Our commitment to support encompasses mental health resources, mentorship opportunities, and community events that foster lasting relationships among women veterans.
Military Women's Collective (MWC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering and equipping women veterans to transition successfully from military service to civilian life. Our organization was founded in 2021 by Marina Rabinek, a Navy Veteran who believes that the key to finding success post-military service lies in finding your purpose, career mentorship, and connecting with other women veterans.
