Community Dental Health’s mission is to provide a Dental Home for all low income, uninsured and underinsured persons needing assistance to obtain low cost or free dental services. We believe oral health care is important to overall health care for sound body, mind and spirit.
CDH believes health equity includes oral health, and is achieved when every person has the opportunity to attain his or her full health potential. No one should be disadvantaged from achieving this potential because of lack of oral health care and the detriments to receive oral health care.
We provide free and low cost dental care based on each persons individual needs. We are patient centered care and not production focused.
