Partnering with local organizations, the project aims to empower women veterans to rebuild their lives with dignity and hope. Over the next 12 months, Moral Injury Support Network for Servicewomen, Inc. (MISNS) will help over 1,000 women and families, providing food items, household goods, cleaning supplies and other household essentials while they recover, take job training, and receive mental health counseling. These tangible goods and health services will come from MISNS and our network partners. MISNS is only shouldering part of the heavy load of taking care of women veterans and their families.
