The mission of the Veterans Transition Center (VTC) is to end Veteran homelessness. Founded in 1998, the Veterans Transition Center provides homeless and at-risk Veterans and their families with housing, case management, and supportive services in order to provide Veterans with the resources and tools to overcome homelessness and reintegrate into society.

The Coming Home Program offers homeless Veterans a resource to assist them in reaching re-integration and self-sufficiency in society. Veterans can access case management services, life skills workshops, substance abuse counseling and temporary living quarters to assist during their journey towards establishing financial stability and permanent housing.
