Each year, more than 200,000 service members transition out of the military, and millions of military families navigate employment instability, housing transitions, licensing barriers, and financial uncertainty. At the same time, the nation faces historic recruiting shortfalls, limited access to personalized career planning, and widespread underemployment among veterans and military spouses.
Mission to Commission addresses these gaps by providing free, high-impact career strategy services, including personalized Career Strategy Playbooks, commissioning guidance, transition planning, mentorship, and educational content reaching tens of thousands across the United States.
