RETRAINING THE VILLAGE

Retraining the Village (RTV) was established in 2012, and governed by a board of director of 7 members who have a passion for homeless and people who are exiting out of institutions.
Retraining the Village has two locations in Northern California. 1) 2399 Menalto Ave. East Palo Alto California 94303. 2) 16236 North Lake Street Madera, California 93638. Retraining the Village was established to help Veterans due to the commitment of the Founder Halley Crumb who retired from the Department of Veterans Affairs in San Francisco, Calif. The Founder foreseen the need of homelessness in the Tenderloin district of San Francisco. The need became an impeding necessities to have a place for the Ending homelessness for Veterans. RTV has collected data at a percentage rate 85% success rate of permanently housing clients in the Silicon Valley.
Retraining the Village's moto is "It takes a Village to change one person at a time".
