Retraining the Village's mission is to provide an interim shelter for homeless Veterans and males who are exiting institutions. To provide a safe-haven for those who have lived a place where it is not safe for a human to reside. To treat our Veteran with respect and assist them into independency, Retraining the Village is the bridge between homelessness and permanent housing.

Retraining the Village (RTV) was established in 2012, and governed by a board of director of 7 members who have a passion for homeless and people who are exiting out of institutions.
