GOODWILL INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL INC

Goodwill Industries International (GII) is a network of 150 local nonprofit organizations across the U.S. and Canada. Because every community is different, each local Goodwill responds to the opportunities and challenges where it operates — helping people build skills, get jobs and advance their careers while strengthening families and neighborhoods.

At Goodwill, we connect people to in-demand jobs, with a focus on individuals who have been left out of the workforce or are facing obstacles to employment. We work to remove barriers to opportunity and help people pursue the lives they want through career coaching, job training, credential and skills development, and access to resources such as transportation, technology and other services that support long-term employment success. In 2025, more than 1.9 million people used Goodwill employment and support services.

With help from donors like you and the sale of donated goods, Goodwill career training, development and empowered employment programs are available in communities across the country. Join us in creating lasting change in your community through the Power of Work®.
