Goodwill believes in the power of work to change lives. Last year, over 140,000 people used Goodwill services to secure new jobs and career advancement opportunities - both within Goodwill and with other employers. That equates to more than 350 people finding employment every day.

Goodwill organizations support mission services through sales of donated clothes and household items, contract services, private and public grants, and individual giving.
