FirstLink is a nonprofit organization serving North Dakota with 24/7 support through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and the 211 Information and Referral Helpline.

We offer confidential crisis intervention, emotional support, and resource navigation for individuals experiencing suicide risk, mental health crises, substance use concerns, housing instability, food insecurity, and other social service needs.

Our trained team connects people to critical services such as shelter, transportation, behavioral health care, and trauma support. We also provide ongoing care through follow-up calls and mailed caring cards. In times of disaster, FirstLink supports public health coordination and ensures accurate, timely information reaches affected communities.
