FirstLink is a nonprofit organization serving North Dakota with 24/7 support through the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline and 211 Information and Referral Helpline.
We provide confidential crisis intervention, emotional support, and resource navigation for individuals facing suicide risk, mental health crises, substance use concerns, housing instability, food insecurity, and other social service needs.

Our trained team connects people to critical services—like shelter, transportation, behavioral health care, and trauma support—while also offering follow-up care through caring calls and mailed cards. FirstLink also plays a vital role in disaster response and public health coordination, ensuring timely information reaches those in need.
