The Foreign-Born Military Spouse Network (FMSN) is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering foreign-born military spouses and strengthening military family readiness. Representing a community from over 100 countries, FMSN addresses the unique challenges foreign-born spouses face—including employment barriers, credential recognition, immigration processes, cultural transitions, and social isolation.

Through mentorship, peer support, legal and career resources, and community programming, FMSN ensures that foreign-born spouses have the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to thrive. From our signature Foreign-Born Military Spouse Playbook to workforce development initiatives like Career and Education Pathways, we equip spouses with practical guidance while building strong connections that reduce isolation and foster belonging.
