We believe that businesses and schools should actively create unique pathways for people from different classes, geographies, genders, and physical abilities. We believe in diversity that goes beyond cosmetic representation. We want to see a future where everyone's voice is heard, where individuals from all walks of life are able to sit at boardrooms and school tables. We believe in a future where everyone's mother and father are not just doctors and lawyers, but also bus drivers and coal miners.

At Frè Yo, we are committed to building a community of conscience and compassion where mentorship is a powerful tool for creating a more equitable and just society. We are not consultants. We take no fees here. We do not seek to find diamonds in the rough only with a certain GPA or GRE score. Rather, we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment where our pools of talent and resources can be used to create opportunities for those who have been overlooked and underrepresented. By lighting the path for historically excluded mentees, we seek to catalyze their careers and create a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
