The Zen Gab Foundation is a Houston-based, combat-disabled Veteran-owned nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of Veterans through therapeutic recreation and peer support. Serving Harris and Montgomery counties, we provide meaningful experiences that help Veterans reconnect with themselves, their families, and their communities.
Our programs—including fishing outings, art classes, peer lunch groups, sporting events, and our quarterly Mind, Body, & Soul Vision Board Workshop—create welcoming spaces where Veterans build confidence, reduce stress, and form lasting social connections. These activities directly address social isolation and emotional well-being while promoting healthy, active lifestyles.
Corporate partners play a vital role in sustaining these programs and expanding access for underserved Veterans. Sponsorship support enables Zen Gab Foundation to offer no-cost or low-cost programming, provide necessary supplies and event access, and reach Veterans who may otherwise lack opportunities for therapeutic engagement.
