THE CHRISTI CENTER INC

Christi Center believes that no one should grieve alone. We serve any child, teen, or adult who is grieving the death of a loved one. We partner with schools, criminal justice agencies, civic and service organizations, businesses, churches, and other community groups.

Christi Center offers support groups for:
• loss of a child
• loss of a spouse
• adult general loss (parent, sibling, friend, etc.)
• loss to suicide
• loss to overdose
• loss to crime
• children’s groups (ages 5-12) with a concurrent group for parents/guardians
• teen groups (ages 13-18)

We partner with other community agencies to offer groups onsite at other locations, including:

• school groups at Austin Independent School District schools
• Austin Recovery Center (outpatient men and inpatient women)
• U.S Department of Veteran Affairs Austin Outpatient Clinic (serving veterans with both combat and non-combat related losses)
