Impactful Organizing

Impactful Organizing is the only nonprofit in Colorado offering free, professional home organizing services to households in crisis — referred directly by social services agencies.

For many people, an unsafe or unmanageable home isn't just an inconvenience. It's a barrier to keeping housing, staying healthy, and functioning day to day. Clutter tied to mental health challenges, physical limitations, or lack of resources puts people at real risk — of falls, eviction, and loss of independence.

We send trained professional organizers directly into clients' homes. We provide hands-on sessions, organizing supplies, and trash haul-away — all at no cost. Our approach is trauma-informed and client-paced, so people leave with systems they can actually maintain long-term.

We serve single parents, aging adults, veterans, people with disabilities, and individuals struggling with hoarding disorder — households that social service providers refer to us because no one else fills this gap.

2025 Stats:
