Three Hart Connection (3HC) is an organization attacking domestic violence by breaking the cycles of violence, poverty, and the school-to-prison pipeline. Offering a culturally centered and affirming approach to benefit the entire family, 3HC provides DV prevention and intervention services to disrupt the next generation of victims and perpetrators.
