THREE HART CONNECTION

Three Hart Connection (3HC) is an organization attacking domestic violence by breaking the cycles of violence, poverty, and the school-to-prison pipeline. Offering a culturally centered and affirming approach to benefit the entire family, 3HC provides DV prevention and intervention services to disrupt the next generation of victims and perpetrators. Specifically, our services include Violence Prevention, Youth Development, Survivor Empowerment, Resource Support, Life Skills, and Scholarship Opportunities.

Who we serve: Transitional Age Youth, ages 16 -24. Providing Life skills, internships, career development, scholarships, guidance, and support. Female Survivors, age 18+. Providing trauma-informed survivor resiliency training, mentorship, career development and exploration, and resources for household stability (transportation, food, hygiene, etc.)
