The Mechanics of Faith Training Recovery Individual (TRI) Program is a faith-based workforce development and apprenticeship initiative designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment while preparing them for successful careers in the automotive industry.
Through hands-on training, mentorship, discipleship, and partnerships with industry leaders such as NAPA Auto Parts, participants gain the technical skills, certifications, and professional development needed to become productive automotive technicians and community leaders.
The program reflects the core mission of Mechanics of Faith: using the automotive industry as a tool to transform lives, strengthen families, and build a skilled workforce.
