The Mechanics of Faith Training Recovery Individual (TRI) Program is a faith-based workforce development and apprenticeship initiative designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment while preparing them for successful careers in the automotive industry.
Through hands-on training, mentorship, discipleship, and partnerships with industry leaders such as NAPA Auto Parts, participants gain the technical skills, certifications, and professional development needed to become productive automotive technicians and community leaders.
