HR-Homeless Rehabilitation Transitional Housing

HR is a California-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to ending the cycle of homelessness by guiding individuals and families toward long-term housing stability and homeownership. Our structured three-phase model addresses the causes of housing insecurity -- including mental health, credit challenges, and financial instability; while providing safe, affordable transitional housing.
We serve vulnerable populations such as mothers with children, domestic violence survivors, veterans, and individuals aging out of foster-care, and group-homes. Through case management, saving plans, job placement, provide assistance to homeowner programs; like NACA and Habitat for Humanity, we help build self-sufficiency and move confidently toward owing a home. Our mission is not just to house, but to heal restore and empower.
