HR-Homeless Rehabilitation Transitional Housing is dedicated to empowering individuals and families experiencing homelessness to transition from crisis to stability and from temporary shelter to permanent homeownership. We provide structured, faith-rooted support through a three phase-program focused on mental healing, financial education, income growth, and credit restoration. Our mission is to restore dignity, rebuild hope, and help participants create generational wealth one key, one home, and one life at a time.
HR is a California-based 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to ending the cycle of homelessness by guiding individuals and families toward long-term housing stability and homeownership.
