MTF believes that the right coaching of mindfulness, meditation, personal growth, and physical fitness can address the mental and emotional challenges that impact today's youth.

MTF is located on an 8-acre property inside of a New Castle County park. The property includes open green areas, wheelchair accessible inground pool, a historic home that has been converted into an office building, two baseball fields, and a 3,000 sq foot garage that has been converted into a gym.

To date, MTF has positively impacted the mental resiliency of over 200 young people in Delaware with the support of our donors and advocates, and strongly believe that in these unpresented times, it is important to maintain healthy practices and find strength within ourselves – both mentally and physically.

More Than Fitness programming includes multi-dimensional fitness disciplines in addition to the mediation, mindfulness, and resiliency practices.
