More Than Fitness (MTF) was founded with the mission of providing people with the tools to build strong bodies, resilient minds, and unbreakable spirits.
MTF believes that the right coaching of mindfulness, meditation, personal growth, and physical fitness can address the mental and emotional challenges that impact today's youth.
MTF is located on an 8-acre property inside of a New Castle County park. The property includes open green areas, wheelchair accessible inground pool, a historic home that has been converted into an office building, two baseball fields, and a 3,000 sq foot garage that has been converted into a gym.
