OPERATION K9 BEETHOVEN A NJ NONPROFIT CORPORATION

Mission Statement: Operation K9 Beethoven is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 87-1417235) dedicated to promoting health, hope, and healing through the use of psychiatric service dogs and pet therapy dogs. We support veterans who suffer from PTSD, depression, and other mental health challenges by providing them with rescued, basic obedience-trained psychiatric service dogs at no charge. Each veteran also receives essential supplies, including a kennel, bed, blanket, leash, collar, bowls, dog food, treats, and toys, ensuring they are fully equipped to care for their new companion. In addition to this, we bring joy and comfort to various healthcare settings, such as veterans' homes, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and schools, with our specially trained and certified Pet Therapy Dog Program.

We at Operation K9 Beethoven rescue dogs and vet them back to 100% health. Our rescues work with the dogs on social behavior with people and other animals, leash manners, etc. They are temper-tested to ensure a perfect match for our program. When they are ready we send them to our Trainer for 4-6 weeks of training. They are then paired with a Veteran or a First Responder suffering from PTSD, anxiety, and other mental health issues in need of a psychiatric service dog.

All dogs are delivered to their fur-ever hero with the following starter kit: A kennel, bed, blanket, leash, collar, dog bowls, a large bag of dog food, treats, and toys. All Free of Charge.
