The Holstein Development Authority is organized to initiate, coordinate, and support development efforts to achieve positive growth in the Holstein community and maintain or improve the quality of life for its residents.
The Holstein Development Authority and Betterment Alliance are focused on improving the downtown area of Holstein. It is our mission to help enhance a downtown area that supports a growing retail environment but is also welcoming to visitors and citizens alike. Recent projects were the restoration of the State Movie Theatre and constructing an open park adjacent to the Veterans Memorial Hall and near several eating establishments.
