Harbor Care is an innovative organization helping individuals and families of New Hampshire find solutions to many of life’s most challenging issues. We provide high quality housing and residential services, medical, dental, and mental health care, substance misuse treatment, home care, HIV/AIDS care, veteran services, and supports to individuals and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

Harbor Homes is a non-profit community-benefit organization that provides low-income, homeless, and disabled New Hampshire community members with affordable housing, primary and behavioral health care, employment and job training, and supportive services. Harbor Homes offers a unique, holistic approach to care that results in better outcomes for our clients and the community.
