We provide high quality housing and residential services, medical, dental, and mental health care, substance misuse treatment, home care, HIV/AIDS care, veteran services, and supports to individuals and families who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness.
Harbor Homes is a non-profit community-benefit organization that provides low-income, homeless, and disabled New Hampshire community members with affordable housing, primary and behavioral health care, employment and job training, and supportive services. Harbor Homes offers a unique, holistic approach to care that results in better outcomes for our clients and the community.
