Boots to Health Foundation empowers veterans in Central Pennsylvania to reclaim their health through free, holistic fitness, nutrition, life coaching, and spiritual counseling programs. We believe every veteran deserves access to comprehensive wellness support — regardless of their ability to pay. Since 2023 we served 120 veterans and are on track to reach 200 annually by 2027.

When veterans return home, too many face barriers to the care they need — cost, stigma, and limited access. Boots to Health Foundation exists to break those barriers down.
We provide free, holistic wellness programs to veterans across Central Pennsylvania, addressing every dimension of health — physical, mental, and spiritual. Our programs include fitness training, nutrition counseling, life coaching, and spiritual support, all at no cost to the veterans we serve.
