BOOTS TO HEALTH FOUNDATION INC

When veterans return home, too many face barriers to the care they need — cost, stigma, and limited access. Boots to Health Foundation exists to break those barriers down.
We provide free, holistic wellness programs to veterans across Central Pennsylvania, addressing every dimension of health — physical, mental, and spiritual. Our programs include fitness training, nutrition counseling, life coaching, and spiritual support, all at no cost to the veterans we serve.
Since 2023 we served 120 veterans. By 2027, we're on track to reach 200 annually through growing partnerships with VA medical centers, military installations, and community organizations across Central PA.
Our approach is different: we don't just treat symptoms. We walk alongside each veteran as a whole person — helping them build sustainable habits, find community, and discover purpose beyond their service.
Every dollar donated to Boots to Health goes directly toward expanding free programs for veterans who have given everything for our country.
