The purpose of Ankyrios International is to provide physical, spiritual, and emotional support and resources to humanitarian and cross-cultural workers and their families, serving both domestically and internationally, in order to help workers more effectively serve their beneficiaries.
The care provided by Ankyrios International to cross-cultural and humanitarian workers is essential for preventing burnout, enhancing resilience, and minimizing attrition.
We meet workers where they are so that we might understand their needs and align our resources and abilities to meet those needs. This communicates their value; they are worthy of us coming to them.
