The care provided by Ankyrios International to cross-cultural and humanitarian workers is essential for preventing burnout, enhancing resilience, and minimizing attrition.
We meet workers where they are so that we might understand their needs and align our resources and abilities to meet those needs. This communicates their value; they are worthy of us coming to them.

Our role is to encourage and equip workers through:
- counseling
- coaching
- training
- providing resources for personal and professional development
- debriefing (intentional conversation about their time overseas or to address specific issues)
- family care (working with children’s unique needs to include education planning, culture adaptation both overseas and returning to the US)
- refreshment
- relief
