BLENDED SPIRITS RANCH

Our organization strives to be a positive influence in the community and improve the lives of individuals through Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP). Since our start in 2007, we have positively influenced the lives of many children and adults who have benefited from our program. During the same time period we have rescued and rehabilitated over twelve horses from environments of abuse, neglect, or unwanted situations. We have then trained through natural horsemanship techniques to prepare and utilize them in our EAL programs. In addition to these horses, we promote the natural benefit of our property- providing ample space to host events such as yoga, qigong, mediation, nature walks, grounding experiences, drum circles, reiki session, and more. As a sign of support for our organization, we continually attract local volunteers and financial donors who believe and support our mission. This has manifested itself in many volunteers donating countless hours over the years caring for the horses and mentoring the children and adults who come through our programs. We have partnered and worked with clients from Sarah Reed Children's Center, Perseus House, Hermitage House, Office of Children and Youth, Veteran's Center, The Crime Victim's Center of Erie, Grace House and Urban University through the Erie City Mission, the Autism Society of Northwest PA, Erie County Veteran's Court, and many others.
