VINTAGE FLYING MUSEUM INC

The primary mission of the Vintage Flying Museum is to preserve America's flying heritage in Word, Deed and Action. Over 25 aircraft are on exhibit including several which are extremely rare and historic. Additional displays include a dedicated reciprocal and jet engine exhibit, WWII memorabilia, artifacts. a Rosie the Riveter Memorial Rose Garden and gift shop.

We are currently restoring a Beech18, an aircraft once owned by Jackie Cochran, the founder of the WASPS in WWII. This aircraft will be flown in commemoration of the WASPS, telling the story of the role women pilots played during WWII. We offer guided tours to schools, and other community organizations; "Take Flight Days" for school children; "History in Their Own Words", focusing on veterans and their experiences; Warbird Ride Days offering flights in a variety of aircraft; a traveling ...
