Therapeutic Adventures, Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable educational organization. We are proud of our highly trained and committed ALL volunteer staff. What differentiates us from other non-profit organizations – the diversity and scope of our services.

Our Programs are categorized in two general areas: Therapeutic Adventures (TA) (adaptive outdoor adventures) and IndependencePlus Adaptive Sports (I~AS) (recreational and competitive adaptive sports) Services are broken down into four areas:

~Physical & Developmental Disabilities
~Disabled Heroes - Wounded Service Members, Warfighters, Veterans, 1st Responders and their Families
~Cancer Survivors
~Chronic, Terminal Health Conditions and Other Complex Medical Needs

OUR PROJECTS focus on: (1) Education and Outreach; (2) Accessibility; (3) Safety & Risk Management; (4) Conservation & Eco- Stewardship; (5) Leadership Development; (6) Adaptive Equipment Design & Development.

OUR EVENTS are comprised of adaptive camps, adaptive sports clinics, therapeutic retreats, races, and volunteer service projects.
