Through professionally guided fishing experiences, we provide U.S. military veterans with a supportive environment to decompress, share their stories, and rediscover purpose beyond service. Our mission is to foster emotional well-being, build lasting connections, and remind every veteran that they are never alone on their journey to healing.

Take A Vet Fishing NFP is a nonprofit organization committed to honoring U.S. military veterans—active, reserve, and retired—by offering guided fishing outings as a form of therapeutic support and community connection. Since our founding in 2011, the organization has taken over 5,000 veterans fishing across states like Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Michigan, and Florida.
