By shaping a future where the legacies of aviation and military heroes live on to inspire and educate the generations to come, the mission of the Henry B. Tippie National Aviation Education Center (NAEC) is to Honor the Past, Empower the Future. Located at the Dallas Executive Airport, the NAEC is an affiliate of the Commemorative Air Force (CAF), the world’s largest flying museum with over 175 World War II vintage aircraft in its fleet. Individuals with various trade skills are valuable volunteer members of the CAF in its endeavor to keep our growing fleet of aircraft flying. The NAEC offers hands-on educational programs to students of all ages to prepare them with the skills needed to succeed in 21st-century careers. With over 80 CAF units across the country, the educational programming of the NAEC has the ability to expand to other locations.
