Building Interior Renovation

The flooring behind bar, under beer & keg coolers & the plywood platform beneath the sinks, ice bins & dish washer are collapsing due to water & termite damage. A total estimate for repairs is unknown until the extent of damage can be assessed. This requires time and money for initial tear down estimated between $5k-$10k. Best guess for time to completion is roughly 5-10 days.
The ideal solution is to repair the sub-floor as needed & pour a slab of water resistant epoxy with integrated floor drains and an elevated slab for the triple sink, ice bins and dishwasher also with integrated drainage for efficient & easy cleaning.
We recently purchased a larger new commercial dishwasher so the added weight of the machine from its size, additional glassware & water capacity has compromised the stability of the floor beneath it. We will also have the bar refinished while it is disassembled for the floor repairs. We have a member that owns a local furniture restoration business, he has already restored several of our outdoor tables & done a beautiful job. He would like to restore and refinish the bar top and front. While everything is under construction the bar will have to remain closed during which time a thorough inventory & reorganization of entire main building, office, sheds and containers will take place, as well as deep cleaning & sanitizing by members & volunteers.
