The library hosts seed lending libraries, hosts displays and presentations offered by local Herb Societies or Master Gardeners, participate in outreach at local farmers markets or green festivals, joins with other county agencies in supporting local Florida native plant projects (such as partnerships with the local Marine Science Center and the Lyonia Environmental Center as well as the local "Regrow the Ormond Scenic Loop" programs. We also host seasonal displays supporting conservation of water, energy, recycling and the disuse of pesticides and fertilizers.
