Fathom Restoration is a Utah 501(c)(3) led by veterans, building toward removing submerged vehicles, vessels, and debris from Utah's public waters.

Fathom Restoration is a Utah nonprofit led by military veterans. Our research documents 226 confirmed submerged items across 20 Utah lakes and reservoirs, vehicles, vessels, aircraft, and structures, along with the fuel, oil, and battery fluids they carry. We are preparing our first official volunteer shoreline cleanups at Deer Creek and Jordanelle Reservoirs and building toward the insured, permitted, professionally staffed recovery of the heavy debris underneath. Donations fund cleanup supplies, disposal fees, and the insurance and equipment that make in-water recovery possible. Volunteers of every skill level are welcome on shore; certified divers join as the program grows.
