Our mission is to beautify the Southern Maine Veterans Cemetery. We plant flowers, shrubs, raise funds to build monuments honoring veterans. Our past projects include a monument honoring veterans of the past, present and future. A monument commemorating the ending of WWI. A monument remembering the POW/MIA veterans.
We are a non-profit organization staffed totally by volunteers. Our membership is currently at 19 members. 13 who are veterans, 3 spouses of veterans and 3 non-vet.
