Many Mansions is an affordable housing and services provider nonprofit - housing the most vulnerable populations in Southern California (e.g., low and extremely low-income households; homeless individuals; veterans; seniors; and disabled individuals).

Many Mansions owns and operates 20 apartment communities, all of which are designated as affordable housing - with four new communities expected to open by the end of 2025. Many Mansions currently has 1,700 residents in over 700 units of affordable housing across Southern California.

In addition, Many Mansions provides holistic services that encourages residents to thrive. These services are designed to break the generational cycle of poverty. Services for adults encompass life-skills building programs, while programs for youth focus on education and career development. These services have resulted in 90% of the previously homeless population remaining stably housed, and 95% of youth residents graduating from high school.
