EDEN HOUSING RESIDENT SERVICES INC

Eden Housing, Inc. was founded in 1968 by six community activists who were concerned about the lack of non-discriminatory, affordable housing in Northern California. This group of volunteers started out rehabbing homes for first-time homebuyers and quickly moved into the building and management of affordable housing communities. Today, we are one of the largest and most successful nonprofit affordable housing developers in the state.
With more than 22,000 residents living in Eden properties across California, "home" now means a safe, well-maintained affordable place to live with services onsite to help residents with housing stability, economic empowerment, education, health and wellness, community engagement, and technology access. Today, Eden has a portfolio of 9,900 units at 145 properties across 15 counties in California.
