Mission Statement: Providing transitional and stable solutions for families, long term residents, and low income earners to secure affordable housing, preserving roots and fostering community while reducing homelessness within King County.

GD Association was founded over 35 years ago by people with deep, burning compassion rooted for Seattle’s diverse community. That heart still guides its leadership today. Our hope is to do our part in helping restore our Emerald city-the crown jewel of the Pacific Northwest-to a thriving home where everyone can stake a claim in her soil. No one should have to live without a roof over their head or a hot meal at the ready. We want to help, pure and simple, because this is our home, too. GD Association currently manages 3 properties in the Central District of Seattle, WA housing low income Seniors, Veterans, persons with disabilities, and families. Our goal is to provide stable housing and wrap-around services to ensure our community thrives.
