This corporation is formed as a charitable and educational nonstock corporation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The primary purposes of the corporation are as follows:

To foster mental wellness, nurture personal growth, and inspire active living for Active Duty and Veterans through outdoor adventures.

To conduct educational activities and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of mental health issues affecting Active Duty and Veterans.

To provide support, resources, and programs that enhance the physical and mental well-being of Active Duty and Veterans.
